PVC Blank Cards

PVC cards

Our PVC cards come in either graphic quality or non graphic quality and come in various sizes

and colors, sizes from 10 mil to 30 mil. Graphic or non graphic quality cards come with or without signature panels or magnetic stripes, also available  cutouts, slots, holes and special packaging are available. These cards are made of PVC plastic or a combination of PVC and polyester. These cards can be used in your Zebra, Persona, and other dye sublimation thermal printers. Applications for PVC cards are cards with moderate usage and controlled environments such as transit passes, visitor badges, identification cards, and loyalty cards.

Composite PVC cards

These cards are for high image quality also available with or without magnetic stripes. Composite PVC cards are stronger because they are made up of a polyester core and sandwiched with PVC, 60% PVC and 40% polyester core. These cards are used in application environments that are uncontrolled and require high usage such as time and attendance, access, control, equipment check-out, and multi-application university ID cards.
